To truly work as a team we must act without ego. It means helping others when you can, sharing knowledge freely, giving credit willingly and doing everything possible to ensure our clients' success and the success of our Company.
Day to day work can be challenging and it can be tempting to shy away from dealing with difficult issues or tricky tasks but we know that facing these challenges sooner rather than later leads to better outcomes. Take a deep breath, be brave and dive in. Ask for help if required, we are, after all, working as a team.
Average just doesn't cut it at Blend. When we see it we refuse to accept it, whether that be in our own work or that of a colleague. We won't settle for second best when some extra effort, care and attention is required and doing our best work for the client is something we strive to do at all times.
To give great advice we must first be well informed and then motivated to give that advice with the right intentions. Our priority is to focus on the needs to the person receiving the advice above all else regardless of personal gain. We must be genuine and the advice must provide value.
